Alpine Bliss™ Purple Tea Slimming Formula

Two studies found that Purple Tea, specifically a type called Alluvia, can help people slim down and improve their body's composition. In the first study, 18 people (11 men and 7 women) drank 100 mg of Alluvia Purple Tea extract every day for four weeks. This study reviewed the results from three randomized clinical trials involving green coffee extract. The findings suggested that participants who took green coffee extract experienced more significant weight loss compared to those who took a placebo. Saffron Extract:

Study: "Satiereal, a Crocus sativus L. extract, reduces snacking and increases satiety in a randomized placebo-controlled study (...)" by Gout, Bourges, and Paineau-Dubreuil (2010).

This research focused on Satiereal, a specific extract of saffron. In this study, women who took the saffron extract reported feeling significantly more satisfied and had a reduced desire to snack compared to those who took a placebo, indicating that saffron extract could help reduce appetite and support weight loss.

This pilot study investigated the effects of ginger on the metabolic rate and feelings of fullness in men The results showed that consuming ginger increased the thermic effect of food (the amount of energy needed to digest and absorb food) and promoted feelings of satiety, suggesting that ginger could help boost metabolism and reduce appetite.
